Nj Beer: 4 New Craft Breweries Coming to The Jersey Shore in 2019

We're still incredibly excited for this one.

We first told you about Source Brewing back in April, and we’re still incredibly excited about this one.

Founded by entrepreneur Philip Petracca, Source is expected to open on Route 34 in Colts Neck in March.

Petracca tells us construction is progressing well at the Source site, a former dairy farm next to beloved shopping destination Delicious Orchards.

Expected offerings are set to include a French-style farmhouse saison at 6.7 percent ABV, dry-hooped and conditioned on Sauvignon Blanc-soaked American oak

“Given that we’re a farmhouse brewery, you would expect that,” Petracca told us this spring.

There will also be an Oktoberfest-style lager (5.9 percent ABV) and an apple cider donut imperial cream ale at 8 percent ABV, made with Delicious Orchards apple cider and apple cider donuts and locally-grown and malted grains from Rabbit Hill Malthouse in Shiloh.
