6% ABV | Brett Farmhouse Saison 750 ml bottle De La Grange is French for “From the Barn” This elegant, rustic ale was brewed with our farmhouse’s aquifer well water, 100% locally sourced grains (floor malted pilsner, spelt, rye), and hopped with Hersbrucker Spät and Saaz. We fermented this beer dry with a co-pitch of traditional saison yeast and wild brettanomyces and then dry hopped it with additional Saaz before bottle conditioning. We get notes of spring wildflowers, zested lemon, straw, cracked pepper, barnyard hay, and complex earthy funk.

GRAND CRU 🇧🇷
8% ABV | Dark Farmhouse Super Saison Collaboration with @Cervejaria3Orelhas Grand Cru, or “great growth,” generally refers to a special batch of ale that is limited in quantity, elevated in strength, and, most importantly, crafted with the best selection of the local terroir. We partnered with our longtime friends at Cervejaria 3 Orelhas in Brazil to proudly present you with this Dark Farmhouse Super Saison, a special Pan-American collaboration brew that features rich flavors and aromas of unrefined Brazilian rapadura sugar alongside notes of dark fruits, toasty rye, and Belgian spice. Grand Cru was fermented super dry with one of our house saison yeast strains and drinks with a pleasantly crisp effervescence. The dark appearance, aromas, and flavors of this complex farmhouse ale pair quite nicely with the winter season if you ask us!

COLTS ABBEY
13% ABV | Belgian-Style Quadruple Ale Colts Abbey is our @worldbeercup and @greatamericanbeerfestival award winning, Belgian-style, dark, strong ale. Although not brewed by monks in a monastery, Colts Abbey has a special place in our hearts and reminds us of the Trappist beers of Belgium that inspired us when we were just starting out on our personal beer journeys. Despite its strength, Colts Abbey is remarkably drinkable and boasts a wide variety of wonderful aromas and flavors. It pours a deep copper hue into a glass and quickly develops an off white head of beautiful foam. As you sip and the beer begins to warm, you will notice aromas and flavors opening up and developing even further. A complex interplay of specialty malts, amber candi sugar, and expressive, fruity/spicy Belgian yeast at first give an impression of sweetness that fades and is replaced by a dry and effervescent finish. After primary fermentation, this high gravity brew spent extended time cold conditioning to round out all the edges and allow all the nuanced flavors and aromas to meld together. Colts Abbey was packaged with fresh yeast and priming sugar to undergo secondary fermentation right in the bottle, lending additional complexity and scavenging packaged oxygen in the process, prolonging its lifetime. We get notes of rum soaked raisin, bananas foster, toffee, glazed Honeybun, vanilla crème brûlée, caramelized sugar, fig jam, toasted marshmallow, molasses, clove, and crumb cake.

5.4% ABV | Munich-Style Helles Lager This classic Bavarian-style lager is a showcase for delicate, bready, Pilsner malt sweetness harmoniously balanced by floral, spicy, and herbal noble hop character. Source of Cheers was fermented clean and dry with our favorite German lager yeast strain and then spent many weeks cold conditioning in one of our dedicated horizontal lagering tanks prior to packaging. The result is a brilliant, light-golden lager that has enough finesse to be quaffed by the liter mug or slow sipped and appreciated for its authentic German lager flavor profile. Expect a light body, low-medium bitterness, a balanced malt and noble hop profile, and a super crispy, refreshing finish.

MURDERED OUT 🌑
7.5% ABV | Black India Pale Ale Murdered Out is a dark, satisfyingly hoppy ale crafted in the tradition of the Cascadian region of the Pacific Northwest. This mysterious, shadowy IPA was brewed with a foundation of pale Maris Otter barley malt bolstered with a variety of specialty malts for flavor and color development. Murdered Out was hopped in the mash, throughout the boil, and again in the fermenter with a heavy dose of American hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. This medium-bodied brew forms a tan head of foam when poured into a glass and emanates a bouquet of wonderful, dark, Cascadian aromas. You can expect smooth bitterness throughout, followed by a dry, crisp, hop accented finish. We get notes of sticky pine, toasted rye bread with apricot marmalade spread, pink grapefruit, lemon zest, light roast, and pungent, Cascadian forest air on a dark night.

JAM DONATS 🕎 🍇
7.5% ABV | Sour Ale with Grape & Cinnamon Jam Donats is a heavily fruited sour ale that was brewed with a base of pale barley malt, wheat malt, and flaked oats. This festive brew was fermented with a special, lactic acid producing yeast strain before being cold conditioned on an abundance of Concord grapes and Saigon cinnamon sticks. Jam Donats pours a deep, vibrant, reddish-purple hue into a glass and leaves behind frothy rings of fruity foam with each gulp. This tasty treat opens with aromas of freshly crushed red grapes, drinks with a luscious medium body, and closes with a refreshingly tart, fruity finish. We get notes of cinnamon sugar dusted jam filled donuts (sufganiyah), Welch’s grape juice, Sweet Tarts candies, and puff pastry smothered with grape jelly.

8% ABV | Nitro Stout with Chocolate, Toasted Coconut, & Vanilla Dive into Mounds of Coconut, a nitro stout that pours like a river of chocolate silk, crowned with a fluffy, cloud-like head. This rich, candy-inspired treat layers indulgent flavors of Ghanaian cacao, toasted coconut, and Madagascar vanilla atop a soft, nitrogen-infused body. When Smash Poured into a proper pint glass, the cascading nitro bubbles give way to a beautiful, pillowy, frothy, aromatic, beige head of foam, inviting you into a dessert-like experience in a glass. We get notes of rich dark chocolate, toasty coconut flakes, Somoas Girl Scout cookies, chocolate covered raisins, and Mounds candy bar.

PEPPERMINT MOCHA LATTE
7.5% ABV | Nitro Milk Stout with Coffee, Chocolate, Peppermint, Vanilla, & Milk Sugar Peppermint Mocha Latte happily marries the flavors and aromas of freshly roasted coffee beans with rich, dark chocolate, peppermint, and creamy vanilla. When Smash poured into a proper pint glass, the tiny cascading nitrogen bubbles unleash a wonderful combination of mint chocolate chip, creamy vanilla, and coffee shop aromas. The beige head of foam supports a silky-smooth drinking experience reminiscent of taking a swig of frothy seasonal latte. In addition to Ethiopian Guji coffee beans, Peppermint Mocha Latte was also conditioned on Ghanaian cacao nibs, peppermint, and Madagascar vanilla. We get notes of Andes chocolate mints, smooth, medium roast coffee, Thin Mints cookies, peppermint latte topped with whipped cream, dark mocha cold brew, candy cane, and that smell when you walk into your favorite coffee shop in the middle of December.

12% ABV | Triple Cream Ale With Coffee, Holiday Spices, & Milk Sugar Tipsy Elves isn’t your typical, holiday, spiced ale. The aroma of this festive brew is dominated by freshly roasted coffee, which presents itself as notes of roasted almond, chocolate mousse, and rum cake over a base of sweet, cereal malt flavors of graham cracker, toasted oats, and pie crust. We cold conditioned this triple cream ale on freshly roasted coffee beans, Saigon cinnamon sticks, and a dash of cracked nutmeg and the resulting brew is a coffee lovers delight, reminiscent of sipping a thick, holiday spiced latte. Tipsy Elves was brewed with milk sugar and drinks with a full body and enough sweetness to balance the alcohol warmth at a staggering 12% ABV. We get notes of freshly roasted coffee beans, creamy vanilla latté, cocoa, graham cracker pie crust, sweet cinnamon, toasted oats, and roasted chestnuts drizzled in honey.

13% ABV | Coconut Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Pastry Stout with Toasted Coconut, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, & Vanilla This seasonal treat was crafted to emulate the famous Coquito cocktail, a Puerto Rican holiday drink made with rum, coconut, and cinnamon, and often garnished with a dash of nutmeg. To accomplish this feat, we pulled out some mature imperial stout from its two year slumber in coconut rum barrels and then conditioned it on heaps of toasted coconut, Saigon cinnamon sticks, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of cracked nutmeg. Coquito is a dark colored, full-bodied, viscous, decadent, imperial stout teeming with layers of bold aromas and flavors that are sure to bring you warmth and cheer this holiday season! We get notes of barrel aged coconut rum, sweet cinnamon, toasted coconut, creamy vanilla, nutmeg, toasted oak, candied dates, dark chocolate, crème brûlée, and Puerto Rican Coquito.
