Watts for Breakfast

9.1% ABV | Imperial Stout conditioned on bourbon barrel aged maple syrup, blueberries, and vanilla. The delicious maple syrup in this brew was Sourced from our very own brewer Jeremy Watts’ family farm in upstate NY where it spent many months aging in freshly emptied buckwheat bourbon barrels. We also added generous amounts of blueberries and vanilla to give this decadent pastry stout the flavor profile of a fresh stack of blueberry pancakes smothered in sticky maple syrup. This beer is full-bodied with a thick, fluffy mouthfeel. We get notes of sweet blueberries up front followed by vanilla, chocolate, biscuit, and a wonderful maple syrupy finish.
