3% ABV | This light, straw-colored, hazy farmhouse ale was brewed with malted barley, spelt, and rye then fermented in our American oak foeder. We then dry hopped it with carefully chosen hop varietals that interplay nicely with the earthiness of the oak, spiciness of the rye, and citrusy esters from the Norwegian Kveik yeast strain. The result is a dry, effervescent, rustic, crisp, and refreshing beer with nuanced complexity that is super easy drinking. We get notes of lemon peel, earthy spiciness, lightly toasted oak, honeydew melon, and tangerine. Cheers!
