Introducing our Hoppy Farmhouse Saison🍺! This rustic 5.5% ABV ale was brewed with 4 different types of grains that were all grown and malted right here in New Jersey by our friends @rabbit_hill_malthouse🌾. The grains include floor malted Pilsner, red wheat malt, rye malt, and raw buckwheat (technically a seed, not a grain). We encouraged this beer to ferment out to full attenuation with one of our favorite expressive saison yeast strains and we then gave it a healthy dose of dry hopping in the fermenter. The result is a light-bodied, bright, effervescent ale showcasing lots of fruity hop and yeast derived flavors with a crisp, dry finish. We get notes of Juicy Fruit bubblegum, Meyer lemon, ripe green pear, clove, and a hint of black pepper. Look out for this one on tap for our grand opening — we will be announcing the date soon!
