The sun is shining, the flowers are in bloom, and our wheat beer pilot batches are making their way out of our fermenters and into our glasses. This is a Belgian-style witbier brewed with coriander, strawberry, and hibiscus. A grist heavy in wheat and oats gives the beer a hazy appearance, a silky-smooth mouthfeel, and a thick, persistent head of foam. It weighs in at just 5.5% ABV and has a slightly tart, crisp finish making it the perfect refreshment for a hot Spring day in the sun.
